Live Oak Residence

For this beautiful home, we transformed both the landscape and interior spaces to create a more welcoming and connected environment shaped around the homeowners’ vision.

We began in the front yard by removing the existing vegetation and mulch, then installing a new fence, decomposed granite, and paver pathways connecting the front entrance to the backyard.

In the backyard, we improved drainage with new downspout systems, added a concrete elevated planter, and installed Arizona flagstone as a pathway leading to gathering area.

The transformation continued inside with new sheetrock to there new home addition. Installed  a hybrid gas chimney, and a new sliding door opening directly to the backyard. These improvements brought the indoor and outdoor spaces together while creating a more open and inviting feel throughout the home.

Seeing each part of the project come together and watching the homeowners enjoy the finished spaces made this a truly rewarding transformation for our team.
