Soquel

This project was an extensive transformation of both the interior and exterior of the property. We began by refreshing the exterior with new siding and paint, creating a renewed and cohesive appearance for the home. A new wraparound deck was constructed along the front of the house, along with additional decks throughout the property to expand the outdoor living areas.

Inside the home, we completed a series of renovations throughout the lower level, including new bathrooms, kitchen,  bedroom, and new flooring. We also constructed new decks connected to the ADU, creating a natural extension of the living space and providing additional areas for the homeowners to enjoy.

The exterior improvements continued with approximately 300 linear feet of new fencing installed along the property line and finished with a new stain. New flagstone was also installed along the rear of the home, adding a durable and finished surface to the outdoor area.

With such a broad scope of work, careful coordination and attention to detail were essential throughout the project. The homeowners are very pleased with the results, and our relationship has continued beyond the initial work as we remain involved in ongoing improvements to the property.
