Quality work, honest pricing, and a crew that shows up.

Aviles Construction is a locally owned general contractor serving Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. Owner Abdiel Aviles is on site for every project, from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup. We handle the outdoor work that has to stand up to salt air and winter rain, and the interior projects that make a house feel finished. No runaround, no surprises, just solid work done right.

Every home we work on is treated with the same level of care and respect we would give our own. We approach each project as an opportunity to create something enduring. When you choose Aviles Construction, you are choosing a team that will make your dreams come to life.
